We can bend and form a variety of materials. Our wide range of standard and specialized tooling enables us to press components accurately and cost effectively.

  • CNC and digital-interpolation plate rolls (10 ft. long x 10 in. diameter; 8 ft. long x 8 in. diameter)
  • CNC multi-axis bending & forming
  • CNC press brakes from 5 ft. bed, 50 tons to 16 ft. bed, 385 tons
  • CNC press: 600 tone mechanical (48 in. x 120 in. bed)
  • Quick changeovers (SMED) using hydraulic upper & lower clamping and sectioned punches & dies
